Confirmed Service Customer
John was the only person who helped me...all others, including Dennis seemed uninterested in assisting us. There was no record or our appointment when we arrived. Dropped off the car at 9:30 and had to call at 4:10 to see if it was ready. It need two turning signal bulbs replaced....$147.00! When we got home we realized that our Handicapped placard was missing! I called Dennis and haven't heard back yet! Very bad experience. We have been loyal customers of Victory Chev since the 1970's and have purchased two Silverados, 4 Impalas and have had all of our vehicles serviced there. It was disorganized and not friendly. Had to wait on-hold for at least 10 minutes each time I called. Questioning our future at Victory. Sorry.
