I had a 1:00pm appointment and I was running late, I called to let them know I was running late, I spoke with Fernando and he said my appointment was with Dennis and he will let him know that I was running late, he added don’t worry we will take care of you because I guess he realized that I was worrying that my appointment would be canceled since I was running late, I finally got there at 1:30pm and I was trying to apologize to Dennis for being late, he goes don’t even worry about it things like that happen once in awhile, you are here and let’s take care of you. To be honest with you that made me feel so at ease after feeling so bad for being late. I don’t take surveys I don’t have time to take surveys but for once in my life I have a reason to respond to a survey because of not only the Great service I’ve received but also the way Fernando made me feel over the phone not to worry they will take care of me and also the way Dennis made me feel. I don’t go to any appointment late but I did yesterday but like I said Fernando and Dennis took care of me and made feel at ease, if only we could have people like Fernando and Dennis working everywhere and provide this type of customer service, the world will be a better place. So Thank you Fernando and Dennis for providing a Great Service and most importantly for making feel good.

Arrived at the dealership and stood there for 45 minutes before someone would acknowledge me. When I picked up my truck it was full of greasy finger prints and I had several scratches on the top fender on the side where the repairs were made in the engine compartment. I also had to remove and throw away the paper and plastic wrap that the dealership installed for service.

When I setup the appointment your representative stated that it would be about 2 hours upon arriving I was told that my vehicle could be ready in about 5 hours which didn't work for me. Thanks to Dennis in the service department he understood my problem and was able to get it done in the 2 hours as stated.

Brought my 2013 Tahoe in because the stabilitraction, stabilization, and ABS lights came on during a little road-trip to Idaho. The crew also found leaking struts once they got in there. Dennis was able to get the parts the next day and got me back on the road. Thanks for taking care of your customers with such speed, efficiency, and friendlyness.
