Fernando was awesome. I had been having the same issue for almost 2 years and the other device rep wouldn’t address the issue but Fernando did right away and fixed the issue. I’m so happy no more beeping and flashing light in my truck. I almost sold my truck because if it. Now I’m very pleased

Dennis at Victory is one of the most reliable and honest auto service reps with whom I have ever worked. Victory service recommendations are presented clearly and fairly. The work is completed as promised or a valid detailed reason is given for the delay. The invoices are very detailed explaining all work completed. Victory maintains two cars for me. We value them enough to drive 27 miles when their is a GM dealer 4 miles from our home.

Your inability and unwillingness to complete full service in vehicles will continue to drive customers away from your dealership. Your service department just lost our two GMCs and our new Cadillac. It’s unfortunate that you’d rather lose customers than figure out how to remove center caps from wheels and change pressure sensors in wheels that can be purchased from Chevy/GMC dealers. While they are not factory, they were purchased at the dealer. The service advisor said “If you take the center caps off, we’ll rotate your tires.” Zero customer service, while I am fully capable of doing this, why would I when I can take the vehicle to a business that will do it for me? And, what if I were old or in wheelchair?? Your lack of customer service is unfortunate.

Vehicle appointment and they called at the end of day to see if they could have it one more day. It is a service vehicle and I need it to work. They rushed it out the same day but did not fix everything. I do not plan on coming in for service again.

The tech that did a transmission cooler line leak warranty repair left the trans pan drain plug nearly out wigt maybe two or so threads holding it in 3/4 thread exposed making a mess of undercarriage and my drive. Also when truck was picked up there was oil and grease on my center console and my door from his dirty arms and hands. Was not happy cleaning off my leather after that and my steering wheel. Oil was also sprayed up my bodywotk and tailgate. No wash was done or offered. Pretty poor attempt there guys with a 60000 new truck purchase. Undercarriage was poorly powerwashed.

Robert Anderson, I’m convinced that you & Chevrolet know you can count on John Cox to deliver exemplary service to his customers. He ALWAYS seamlessly and confidently advises and explains the details of your transaction in a friendly and professional manner. When I’m skeptical about the cost of things, it’s trust in his ethic that satisfies my purchase. One more thing….when there’s no cause for ‘above and beyond’ he finds a way, outstanding….such as washing a car or escorting a customer to their car.
