No communication. Dropped off my truck for service and timing belt change. I was told they would call me later that day about the cost and time frame for them to acquire parts and the tools they, for some reason, don't have. I had to call them the next business day to ask, I was told they would call me when the truck was done. They never called. I had to call again the next day to find out it was done with what they could do. I have been told they will call me when the parts and tools come in. We'll see if that happens, I will not be calling and asking, But if it takes more than a couple weeks, I will go somewhere else.

Dennis and everyone I dealt with in the process was professional, personable, knowledgeable and friendly during both the check-in and checkout, exactly what I have come to expect from Victory Chevrolet in my nine years of coming here. No one else has worked on my Tahoe and there is no reason for me to take it anywhere else.

I did not have a good time scheduling my service, I was first told you would not perform the factory recall which consisted only of a software update. Then I was told you would require the car for the entire day. Once I arrived at the scheduled time, I was asked if I would be waiting for the car. I said yes, and your service department had me on my way in less than an hour. So an awesome service department but your service scheduling needs some work.

Service Advisor Dennis Pawlowski was very helpful when I came in on Monday morning to drop off my truck. I told him what what what I needed to have done to my truck and he wrote up the ticket and informed me that there was also a recall service that was pending on my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. The mechanics took care of everything for the 90k mile tune up and my truck is back on the road and purring like a kitten. Keep up the great work!
